During her time in Sydney, Audrey debuted as Mercédès in Bizet’s Carmen in a gala concert version at the Sydney Opera House. Important roles include Susanna (Mozart: Le Nozze di Figaro), Laetitia (Menotti: The Old Maid and the Thief), Amore (Gluck: Orfeo ed Euridice), Beth (Adamo: Little Women), Juno (Offenbach: Orphée aux enfers), La Paix (Campra: Tancrède) and Ernestine Hill (Boyd: Daisy Bates at Ooldea). Audrey was the inaugural recipient of the Hilda Mulligan M.B.E Singing Scholarship for Operatic Soprano and a two-time beneficiary of the Helpmann Family Fellowship for young artists.
Since then Audrey relocated to Hungary where she made her professional European debut at the Hungarian State Opera in Samu Gryllus’ vocal theatre work, Two Women in the 2016-17 season. Her debut was also featured on the official cast recording released by OperaTrezor as part of the Hungarian State Opera’s 200th jubilee. In that same season, she sang her first Mimì (Puccini: La Bohème) and appeared as Berta (Rossini: Il Barbiere di Siviglia) with the Művész Symphony Orchestra under the baton of György Gulyás Nagy.
Audrey has enjoyed fulfilling collaborations with many ensembles in Budapest and regionally with the Szolnok, Alba Regia and Művész Symphony Orchestras. She has added more roles to her repertoire with performances of Micaëla / Frasquita (Carmen), Cio-Cio-San (Madama Butterfly), Despina (Così Fan Tutte), Serpina (La Serva Padrona), Gilda (Rigoletto) just to name a few. In the 2022 - 2023 season, she was a featured artist with the Andrea Rost Foundation performing the role of the Countess in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro with performances at the Solti Hall in Budapest and VeszprémFest. Audrey also received critical acclaim for her performance with the National Ballet of Győr in their premiere of Peer Gynt where she sang the role of Solveig. She also sang the role of Duemila in Katalin Szalai’s new opera Interludi which premiered at the Chamber Opera Festival in Eger. Audrey is proud to be a founding member of the Hungarian classical ensemble Trio Laudor featuring László Kéringer (tenor) and Orsika Pataki-Tóth (guitar/soprano).
On the concert platform, Audrey has broadened her repertoire with performances of works by J.S Bach, in the B minor Mass, the Coffee Cantata and Mozart’s Requiem, as well as other works by Esterházy, Kuhnau, Péter Wolf and Charpentier. She has also performed works by Henry Purcell with harpsichordist Zsombor Tóth-Vajna in several recitals and is currently preparing to sing the role of Perseo in Michael Haydn’s opera Andromeda e Perseo under the musical direction of György Vashegyi.
